Guests will work with myself and national freelance journalist Jill Foster to identify and pitch stories which will be suitable for the local, trade and, perhaps, the national media. Jill is a former associate editor for Femail at the Daily Mail and now writes for titles including the Daily Mail, the Mail On Sunday, the Daily Telegraph, Woman, Look, Glamour and Red.

I am joined by real experts - Jill Foster, business and empowerment coach Taz Thornton, spiritual coach and mentor Samantha Jayne.

Not only will you be planning your stories, you'll also be offered a professional photoshoot with photographer Helen Richmond to capture images for those stories.

Jill Foster

Formerly Associate Editor at Femail on the Daily Mail, Jill has been a freelance feature writer and editor since January 2008. She has written for publications including the Daily Mail, Mail on Sunday, The Daily Telegraph, Red, Fabulous, Look, Glamour, Real People, Woman and Woman’s Own.

She specialises in interviews, human interest stories, lifestyle and health features.

Before joining the Daily Mail, she was commissioning editor and feature writer on The Mirror for four years.

Jill helped cancer sufferer and charity fundraising athlete Jane Tomlinson CBE and husband Mike write their three bestselling books The Luxury of Time, You Can't Take It With You and How Good Is That? She now helps out with The Jane Tomlinson Appeal in a voluntary role and is on the board of directors.

Jill trained at London's City University after winning Cosmopolitan Magazine's journalism scholarship in 1997.

She lives in West Yorkshire with her husband and twin daughters.
